This new years eve we were having a party. And our first thought was to have a laugh and serve food from the 70s as a theme. The food in Sweden changed during the 70s and became more open to the world, more experimentive and ”fun”. We thought… Then we start searching for recipes and found the site ”Den bruna maten” (The brown food). How horrible!!! We laughted and screamed as we scrolled through the different examples of food from the 70s that this courages family had tested. And very very soon we realised that there would be no brown food on our new years eve. Uach!
